Kalli has always held an interest in health care. She has seen firsthand the difference compassionate and educated care can make in someone’s life. She connected with the empathetic approach that massage therapy provides and decided to pursue the career by enrolling in Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy and graduated in January 2018. She enjoys being a massage therapist because of the connection she is able to make with her patients. Kalli is passionate about facilitating healing in order to improve each patient’s quality of life. She does this by incorporating both relaxation and therapeutic massage to create a soothing environment while also treating effectively. She loves working with patients of all ages with any type of condition, but has a special interest in chronic pain, postural dysfunction, headaches, and stress management.

Kalli uses a variety of techniques in her treatments including myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, and trigger point therapy. She encourages the use of therapeutic exercise in her client’s lives to prevent further injury or dysfunction.

Katie Blair is a graduate of Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy, located in the beautiful Okanagan region.

Massage and holistic health have always been her passions, as she believes that self-wellness is crucial to healthy living. She incorporates a variety of treatments to help improve overall well-being.

Prior to attending OVCMT, Katie worked as a Certified Esthetician, specializing in Relaxation/Sports Massage for 20 years. She is also certified in Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Reiki Master, and Nutritional Therapy. Additionally, she has completed her RYS 200 Yoga Teacher Training.

Completing the Registered Massage Therapy program at OVCMT has enhanced Katie’s skills and knowledge of the human body and its responses to treatments from a clinical perspective. She is excited to apply specific treatments tailored to each client’s needs, whether it be for pain reduction, addressing muscular dysfunction, stress relief, or promoting relaxation. Katie employs techniques such as myofascial release, neuromuscular and trigger point therapy, prenatal care, TMJ treatment, as well as Swedish and sports massage techniques.

In her free time, Katie enjoys spending time with her two daughters and being outdoors. She finds joy in activities like running, hiking, camping, skiing, snowshoeing, and practicing yoga.

Brooke graduated from OVCMT in 2021. Before that, she received a B.A. in Criminology and Sociology from the University of Windsor and has worked in hospitality for over 20 years. She is a knowledgeable Massage Therapist with a talent for building client relationships and providing excellent customer service.

Brooke has physical strength and experience in a variety of massage healing techniques, including Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue Techniques, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Swedish Massage.

Graduating from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2005, Luke immediately immersed himself in his career as an RMT at Life Mark Health. Over the course of his 9 years at Life Mark Health Luke was surrounded by an influential team of successful physiotherapists, kinesiologists, occupational therapists, sports med physicians, and sports psychologists that solidified and strengthened his knowledge and techniques in assessment and manual therapy.

Throughout Luke’s 15 year career he has completed a vast range of extensive training focusing on visceral, joint mobilization, cranial sacral, and myofascial therapy. He recently completed a 3 year advanced integrated myofascial release course with Natalie Ray. He is also supervising the Sports Outreach program of OVCMT at UBCO treating the Okanagan Heat athletes.

Luke’s biggest passion is helping people by sharing his love for health and fitness. His personal goal is to inspire every patient to be the healthiest version of his or her self. Luke opened RESTORE as he wanted to share his vision of personable rehabilitation in a refreshing and beautiful space leaving every patient feeling rejuvenated and physically restored.

Connor, a 2022 graduate of the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy (OVCMT). Growing up in a family of healthcare workers in Kelowna, he was inspired by his mother to follow a similar path, ultimately leading him to begin a career in massage therapy. Through the process of rehabilitating injuries sustained from both sports and work, Connor discovered the profound impact that massage therapy can have on the recovery process. This realization motivated him to pursue a career where he could not only help others but also integrate his love for an active lifestyle into his professional practice.

In his practice, Connor adopts a patient-centered treatment approach, where he employs techniques like deep tissue massage, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, and general Swedish massage, as well as stretches and exercises to provide tailored and holistic care. Beyond the treatment room, Connor integrates his love for adventure with his dedication to health, embodying a holistic approach to life that extends from the massage table to the outdoors of the Okanagan Valley.

Josh, born and raised in the Uk moved his life to Kelowna in 2019. Coming from a group fitness, and acrobatics background, he was inspired to complete his schooling at OVCMT here in the okanagan; graduating with the aim of helping others on their road to recovery.

With a patient centred approach, Josh caters to each condition differently, assessing and treating with your longevity in mind, whilst encouraging each patient to be proactive with their own recovery. Sessions include a variety of modalities, and focus clinically on both injury prevention and rehabilitation in the shoulder girdle, neck and hips.
